Well, whats on my mind is that it’s a new week and all I want to do is kick ass at kicking my new business in the ass, then kicking myself in the ass so I stick to it and muscle through!!! Obsticles are what you see, when you take your eyes off the goal!!! What who said dadt!!!

Oh My God, I know I need to drive in first gear a little longer to learn, but, I can’t wait to throw it in third gear and smash the throttle, Aww, man, fourth, fifth!!!

I got into RE Sales in 2011 for about 18 mo. went back to contracting then I got relicensed beginning of 22. That’s awesome, did you get started? How long have you been in Real Estate? honestly, the cold calling doesn’t bother me that much, but the money is in the follow-up (that’s what i’m told at least). that’s where it gets a little more difficult because you’ve got to be organized and have a system for following up with the contacts you made when cold calling. weekly email is good, but you also need the occasional text,…[Read more]

Can anyone recommend an alternative to redx. They will only waive the fee if you do the annual or quarterly plan?

I know people that use Mojo. But this is news to me about not waiving the fee. I do like Redx a lot.

Mojo is a Great CRM. Easy to import all the leads, circle dial, FSBO expired etc…pay for what you want no contract.
