Well, whats on my mind is that it’s a new week and all I want to do is kick ass at kicking my new business in the ass, then kicking myself in the ass so I stick to it and muscle through!!! Obsticles are what you see, when you take your eyes off the goal!!! What who said dadt!!!

Hey Aaron, nice to meet you! How do you like the Cold Calling? I don’t mind it at all, I was a contractor here in NJ. for 32 years! I got into RE Sales in 2011 for about 18 mo. went back to contracting then I got relicensed beginning of 22. That’s awesome, did you get started? How long have you been in Real Estate? Where are you located?

honestly, the cold calling doesn’t bother me that much, but the money is in the follow-up (that’s what i’m told at least). that’s where it gets a little more difficult because you’ve got to be organized and have a system for following up with the contacts you made when cold calling. weekly email is good, but you also need the occasional text,…[Read more]
