Great book, I read it a few times a couple years ago. I applied the principles in the book and that’s actually what got me in to real estate. I’ll have to pick it up again and apply the principles to real estate.

I just started RedX and figured there would be a map or satellite feature. The agent I talked to acted like it was never a thing, but it sounds like it’s something they had that they took away. I wonder why. An aerial view would be really helpful.

Hi Aaron, yes I used it a lot. The satellite view helped to determine boundaries for neighborhoods and mobile home parks. When I talked to support, they made it seem as though it wasn’t a feature people used.
To help get it turned back on, please tell RedX support that you need that feature.

HIJesus I use REDX but I don’t love it. For what I pay for the “previewline” you get an automatic dial with other services. basically there is a lot of clicking, when that process can be streamlined. Yes I think most people do. I think once you get going you’re good. You’re trying to go thru some grumpy lumpys to get to the people who want to do business with you. The beauty is Ricky had worked to figure all of this out. Just 123 hit it!!!

Absolutely have this issue as well at times… it helps me to physically review my goals/standards when it gets bad.
