DAY 9 (Monday) – Labor DayDid just some desk work.

DAY 6 (Friday)Taking care of listings, no calls.—————————————–DAY 7 (Saturday)No calls.——————————————DAY 8 (Sunday)Family Time

DAY 5 (Thursday)Continued my SOI calls, it was mostly following up from the ones I already called and tried to start some deals.Consistency is key, where can I buy some of it? LOL

DAY 4 (Wednesday)Started calling my SOI – 2,500 Contacts-I have been calling, texting and emailing my SOI, I would say I am 25% done on my 1st day. -The contract on my listing once cancelled right the next day with no explanation….sad.

DAY 3 (Tuesday)-Listed property under contract in less than 12 hours.-Organized SOI to call, around 2,500 contacts.-Sent Listings, deals and off market deals via Constant Contact to all my contacts.-Will start Calling tomorrow.

DAY 2 (Monday)-Listed 1 Property out of my SOI-Called Previous clients of Rentals 2022, 2021, 2020
