Hi Everyone! I’m a RedX user and have been really happy with it. Today I was getting GeoLeads to make more calls and noticed that they took away the satellite view feature. I used this often to help determine the boundaries of the neighborhoods I wanted to call. I could see if the homes were of similar size and construction to fine tune the details I shared when calling the area. I reached out to support and they confirmed it is no longer available. They sent a request to the developers to add it back. Did you use the satellite image when looking for leads? If you did, please reach out to RedX support and ask that the Satellite view be added back!Thanks for your help and support!
I just started RedX and figured there would be a map or satellite feature. The agent I talked to acted like it was never a thing, but it sounds like it’s something they had that they took away. I wonder why. An aerial view would be really helpful.
Hi Aaron, yes I used it a lot. The satellite view helped to determine boundaries for neighborhoods and mobile home parks. When I talked to support, they made it seem as though it wasn’t a feature people used.
To help get it turned back on, please tell RedX support that you need that feature.
