Hope everyone is having a great beginning to the new year. I am new to actively prospecting/cold calling. This year I want to start right and I am working on being more proactive and consistent with prospecting. Have a question for the group. Left a message with a FSBO with just my name and number and to call me back. He texted me asking if I am an agent. I opened up his Zillow listing and it states “If you are a realtor, please do not reach out to try to sell my home.” I was going follow up, asking if he is open to working with a buyers agent and if I had permission to promote his property for free. Or should I mark it as not interested and move on? Thoughts? Thank you in advance for any feedback!
