Maybe ask first did I catch you at a bad time to get them to commit and spark there interest a little bit. I’ve noticed some expireds like to ghost me even after having a good conversation. Have you tried circle prospecting at all?

I wouldn’t say that you are gonna give them a market report unless your getting good results. The script is to ask if its okay to stay in in touch and when they say yes then ask them what there email is. Its unneeded to tell them about the market report if they dont like it they can unsubscribe.

these are owners who are interested in where theyre properties are trending, if i have had a good conversation and yet no is the answer to sell now or immediate future, the next q is if i can stay in touch and if they would like to get a report…. (absentee owners)

Yea you just have to switch up your number every so often to keep them off your trail. You can get apps to do it also a google number will work

Doesn’t hurt to call them and ask. If you’re going for quality and building relationships, it would be a good idea to put communication on a pedestal and ask first. If they say no, then they weren’t going to read your email anyways. You can then ask to call every now and then to follow up.
