    I have a crm with Keller Williams to help with follow-up but red-x has a pretty good system all together and I hear Vulcan as well

    yea, you’re not gonna get more than like 5-10 average new expireds/day but can always dig thru old expireds… idk whats best for you but based on expired conversions maybe shoot for 25 conversations/day and thats probably 100-200 calls/day = 2-3 hours on a dialer

    in my opinion, 100 calls a day is greasing the wheels… work the numbers and the results will come… F/U with the qualified leads foremost and keep burning up phones of the others : )

    • Thanks Jayson! Calls meaning dials?? Or actual conversations? Im trying to set up my schedule to do Expireds but want to know the timeframe involved. 3 hrs for 200 calls? 4 hrs? 6 hrs?
      Also what follow up system do you use??

    these are owners who are interested in where theyre properties are trending, if i have had a good conversation and yet no is the answer to sell now or immediate future, the next q is if i can stay in touch and if they would like to get a report…. (absentee owners)

    so i think i got ahead of my skis… im new to email marketing (constant contact) im telling everyone ill be giving them a weekly market report when i cold call.. is this possible to do? i just got to part of 60 day challenge where @rickycarruth is teaching about it (constant contact)….? thanks

    • I wouldn’t say that you are gonna give them a market report unless your getting good results. The script is to ask if its okay to stay in in touch and when they say yes then ask them what there email is. Its unneeded to tell them about the market report if they dont like it they can unsubscribe.

    63 Calls made on RedX storm dialer 1 hour 14 mins 27 seconds10 Contacts 22 voicemail 5 Leads!!!! 500k-1.2 Million properties!!!

    • If you’re talking about the streak chrome extension I really like the customization and it helps a lot with organizing all my leads. I’ve tried a couple different crm platforms and they’re just too cluttered for my liking with features that I won’t ever use.     thanks John, and I just realized I stated that Constant Contact doesn’t recommend…. should’ve stated “I’m hearing it’s not recommended” anyways, main objective is obviously to get results and sounds like whether it’s yahoo, gmail or the like, I should be in good shape… may also be smart to use google calendar and stay in their eco system……[Read more]

    • I’m not a big CRM guy.  I do have KVCore that eXp gives us that I use for my people that have signed into my website, but mainly use the Google sheets method that Ricky laid out in the 60 day program, just to track the hot leads.

    was watching a tutorial on youtube. he had a gmail but said he used his domain email as to avoid his content being sent to spam…

    also while I’m thinking of it…. what do you use as your calendar?
