I am a new agent started in March this year. I have attended a coaching program that I was hoping to be more how to, not here`s what you need to do. I have been watching a lot of Ricky`s youtube videos, and your style lines up well with me. I like the cold calls and want to get better with them. I also want to learn more about FSBOs, and expired listings. I have tried a few of each and have not had sucess I feel just because of lack of skill, and knowledge. I left the car business after 23 years and am ready to be successful in my real estate career. I look forward to your program.
