Does anybody have a FSBO conversion timeline or checklist or something like that? I thought of this too. In a lot of videos they show/tell about giving the listing presentation and yet everyone says the money is in the follow up. This is a relationship business, now might not be the best time for them to sell or hell they might know enough to sell on their own we don’t know and that’s why we build a relationship with them.
