Arizona Agents 3 years, 11 months agoI have a question? I have an 1st time buyer that is legally married but is separated and is trying to purchase a home on her own. She is trying to get an FHA loan. Can she?

She’ll need to get him to sign paperwork that he’s not part of the purchase. However, he can just not hold her up. I have had several clients whose spouse has messed with them from renting to buying property.

Just want to say I used the circle prospecting script today, and I went through my contacts on the dialer….i have tried multiple scripts and this script was the EASIEST and most EFFECTIVE I’ve used. Ive had such a great response!!!

in once session I made 30 calls, 20 actually answered and when asking if there was anything I could do 4 responded yes so we will be meeting, and the others said not right now and willingly gave me their info to keep in touch! normally I’m hung up on every single time lol

Right, lol 😂 For listings, we are doing direct mail & we do get people yelling at us telling us how dare we direct mail them & to immediately take us off of their list, lol 😂 It’s just direct mail man, calm down!

Whats the best way to circle prospect? I have a targeted a specific address that currently closed and i and I have put a 1 mile radius for the search on targeted address. Should you separate sfr to condos?

Its the same script regardless who you call. If you are only comfortable with one or the other you can focus on that. BUT dont let the type of property turn you away.

Learn how to get REFERRALS! 3 years, 11 months agoI know I need to step up my game, but I am seeing referrals from past clients now and return clients from past transactions! That’s pretty exciting and motivating me to push more in my very small market!
