Good morning! I have a question for whoever reads this. Yesterday I completed the Pricing Strategy Advisor course through OKCMAR. It was a 9-5 zoom class. I actually took it to learn more about how to price houses more accurately because I feel that is a weak link in my business and it should definitely be better. At the end, I found out that I can receive the actual certification of “Pricing Strategy Advisor” by applying and sending in $179.00. Basically, pay for it since I completed the course. I got what I wanted from the course, but would it really be beneficial to have “PSA” after my name? It’s the $179.00 question for the day! Thanks!
