Hi yes, early morning works. Im usually up by 4:30 am and in the gym by 5:00am i can be in the office at 7:30 to role play if that works for you.

Regarding using Constant Contact. I use my brokers CRM and have not used the auto drip champaign. How do you like constant contact?

Whats the best way to circle prospect? I have a targeted a specific address that currently closed and i and I have put a 1 mile radius for the search on targeted address. Should you separate sfr to condos?

Its the same script regardless who you call. If you are only comfortable with one or the other you can focus on that. BUT dont let the type of property turn you away.
