Anybody out here calling Absentee Owners? I’ve called about 200 and no leads. Have only got 3 emails from that list and have sent out 20 thank you cards with my Business cards inside to people who answered and were actual owners. Pretty straight forward script not pushy, friendly and to the point.

I did for a bit, but I got the list of numbers from my title rep company since Landvoice doesn’t provide them. I found the numbers she gave me were mainly wrong numbers/out of service numbers, so I didn’t have too much luck with it.
I’ve heard some people have great success with it though.-
Yea I get my list from Share Group, the answer rate is bellow what I expected but probably coming on as Spam. Im using Google Voice. Like Ricky said, find something and stick to it for a while, so thats what I’ll do. I think Im not feeling my script.

Are you just dialing, or do you look at the address and check to see if there has been any listing, expiry or deed update? I spend time doing that and by the time i get to the call i only have one or two that are real prospects.

I cold call the suburb and speak to people from the address. Some times they have moved on, some are ex renters who are now home owners elsewhere, from and I have got their emails and their current address. 50 calls today 3 good contacts with emails/cell # 2 potential listings& It wasn’t SO scary calling these folks… most ppl are just happy to have a conversation & that felt good! My goal is to double this tomorrow… shooting for 100! #ztd60daychallenge

Just want to say I used the circle prospecting script today, and I went through my contacts on the dialer….i have tried multiple scripts and this script was the EASIEST and most EFFECTIVE I’ve used. Ive had such a great response!!!

in once session I made 30 calls, 20 actually answered and when asking if there was anything I could do 4 responded yes so we will be meeting, and the others said not right now and willingly gave me their info to keep in touch! normally I’m hung up on every single time lol

Right, lol 😂 For listings, we are doing direct mail & we do get people yelling at us telling us how dare we direct mail them & to immediately take us off of their list, lol 😂 It’s just direct mail man, calm down!
