New here and a solid 6 weeks as a Realtor. I have been cold calling and hitting social media quite a bit. In the 4 weeks I have building my database I have gotten 70 emails. Some of the seasoned Realtors in the office only have 150 total so I feel like I am doing well. Those contacts came from about 300 cold calls, DM request and I have started an investor specific list by joining FB investor groups and just posting in the groups that I will email deals out. My call volume is lower because I do some remodeling and I still have to eat. Any advice for a new guy?
