300-500 calls per day = 100 contacts = 1 listing and 1 buyer so far for me from the start. REDX works for me, so don’t stop working it when you make one or two friends.Thank you Ricky!!!!

I don’t know a single “top agent” (25+ listings sold/yr from telemarketing) who does not call DNC numbers

Just avoid calling the do not call list it illegal in all 50 state.

Follow what Ricky teaches man and you really won’t go wrong. I’ve paid thousands for Zillow leads and others. I’m about 2.5 years in the business and made $141k last year.
