I am from Dallas!!! Love to connect also! I am about 25 minutes east in Rockwall, Tx. so not too far from you… if you’re in Dallas, or maybe just saying it general as you’re in a specific suburb? which usually is the case!!

Anyone having luck texting these expired/cancelled prospects? and/or emailing ?? you know the ones who do not answer Voicemail or our phone calls .. I have been doing some research on this and can share everything with you if you want to chat on the phone about it 703-425-5646.
I avoid it as in Canada they are very strict. Thxs
I don’t know a single “top agent” (25+ listings sold/yr from telemarketing) who does not call DNC numbers
Just avoid calling the do not call list it illegal in all 50 state.
