I was a colligate and professional football coach for 27 years. Retired to be able to spend more time with my family. I started a boutique real estate agency and development company about 14 years ago. We have grown a little bit, I am an active broker I personally do about 30-35 deals per year. I am primarily in the Southern California market, specifically Ventura County.

Our agency serves from the East side of Santa Barbara to the West side of Los Angeles. We specialize in residential, listings. In addition we work with buyers, investors, and tenants. We can do ground up construction, buy, fix, and flip.  Property management is another aspect of our business.

We work with agents around the country with referrals always working towards a “win-win” outcome for the client. Our office is located about 8 miles, as the crow flies, from Malibu and Gold Coast beaches. We are actively engaged in our local communities.
