Welcome, thanks for the follow. I am relatively new as well. I just started doing weekly emails and will complete my first month this week. I have been in RE for about 15 years, needed to get a refresh!

Could be. I was thinking more about people in my ecosystem that got there via open house, sign call, or internet lead, and they have agreed to get my weekly email. I thought I should send a welcome email (it would go out after the phone call or meeting any day) and would welcome them to my community and thank them for subscribing.

@CincyDanWeis Good morning, Dan. I am still working through the 28-day challenge. I wondered what you/others use for a “Welcome” type email for subscribing to my group. Are there examples on ZTD, or do you have one I could see as a reference? I more than likely am over thinking, just scratching for some ideas.

Just getting an idea from the ZTD community. What CRM are most using? I use LionDesk. Seems to do most of what I want, I am just not satisfied. Love to see your comments….

The property fell out of escrow because of the buyer’s inability to obtain the loan. I am circling back through all past offers, visits and circle prospecting all agents in this area. I want my sellers to feel how much this means to me. Fell out yesterday and have five scheduled for showings by this am. The seller is encouraged.

1000 handwritten letters to areas/farms/what ever is your liking. and to get about 10 listings from that.
