Thanks man! 3 hours. 5:30-8:30pm.
Using Ricky’s ZTD packet, I’ll be doing 9 hours minimum per week; I can really see this working as long as it’s high quality, consistent, and follow-ups happen.

I too have this same struggle of trying to do real estate after a full time, very demanding job! Not to mention having to wake up 5:50 or 3:45am (3 days in the week) which are very early hours. Thanks for sharing because this is my current dilemma.

Today was the first time I circle prospected in about a year. I have a full time window cleaning route that I own and it’s tough to make calls while working. But today i decided that i meed to make calls to teansition into a full time agent. Though I only made 25 calls with 3 conversations, it was a small victory! Heres to becoming 1% better everyday.

I have decided to take the Ricky Carruth 60 Day challenge. I watched the Intro Video and am doing it step by step, like he said. You can climb a mountain that way, just focus on going up. ZTD-CP-Road Map (To Talking Better with your clients) I added, was useful and good. Thank you, Ricky Carruth.

Just want to say I used the circle prospecting script today, and I went through my contacts on the dialer….i have tried multiple scripts and this script was the EASIEST and most EFFECTIVE I’ve used. Ive had such a great response!!!

in once session I made 30 calls, 20 actually answered and when asking if there was anything I could do 4 responded yes so we will be meeting, and the others said not right now and willingly gave me their info to keep in touch! normally I’m hung up on every single time lol

Right, lol 😂 For listings, we are doing direct mail & we do get people yelling at us telling us how dare we direct mail them & to immediately take us off of their list, lol 😂 It’s just direct mail man, calm down!
