Hello everyone. I’m currently working real estate part-time but my goal is to get it to full-time within the next year. I have a super demanding full-time job that is exhausting mentally so doing anything during the week other than watching Ricky videos and trying to update my COI is an impossible feat. I am working on making my days more efficient and lessening my stress so I can start working on more real estate stuff (CALLS) to accelerate my goal. Please check out my website and drop me a line. I too have this same struggle of trying to do real estate after a full time, very demanding job! Not to mention having to wake up 5:50 or 3:45am (3 days in the week) which are very early hours. Thanks for sharing because this is my current dilemma.
