Need help getting my first client. I have no SOI since im still new to the are where I live. Also, other than prospecting on the phone, door knocking, and doing open houses, Any other tips you guys recommend to get my first client?

only 23 dials and my connection to Vortex stopped working — 7 voicemails and 1 hang up saying “She’s DEAD!!!”…. hopefully the server will come back up for me so I can end on a more positive foot 🙂

Also they have also mentioned in the past that there is some furniture within the property that may be of some value again this property was a smoker’s house both husband and wife smoked and everything is covered in soot. They have also mentioned in our conversation that there is some appliances that are slightly used near New but not brand new that they’re wanting to leave in the property and they supposedly believe that that adds value

I’m working with a property owner that has recently inherited this potential property that they want to potentially sell, they had an evaluation mobile home appraisal report and it came back saying the property is worth roughly 135k in the current condition..The current condition is as is which means the previous tenants just recently passed away…[Read more]
