Hi Everyone! I’ve followed Ricky for a number of years and just discovered he has this platform. So far it looks cool! What are you guys doing differently now that the market is shifting? I’m doubling down on marketing – we can’t just stick a sign in the ground and hope it sells these days. (and some agents weren’t even doing that!!
