Real Estate is an amazing field! It’s diverse-like being a professor-pick a topic and become the expert! I love the distressed side-Ie done million-dollar deals in distressed and small deals-gotta have thick skin for these! My biggest problem is marketing myself/branding my distinction and skill abilities. I need Rickie’s laid back attitude about conversations and relationships. I’m so used to the drama and chaos going on with pre-foreclosures and short sales. Happy to back!
