I remember my days as a dial by hand prospector and man it was tough. As soon as you close your first deal invest in your business with a dialer system like one the REDX offers it get’s to the contacts faster but keep on doing it NEVER GIVE UP..

Called Redx Geo Leads around the Open House I held today. 50 minutes, 34 leads, 53 calls, 13 contacts, and 1 email.Had a couple who already had a Realtor and already sold their house walk through the Open House. Then they came back to look at the layout again because if they bought it they would make a ton of changes. So at least it wasn’t boring.

Door Knocking Report.50 Doors 11 Emails 3 Hours I’m loving the door knocking! I seem to make better contact when meeting prospects face to face. Used Rick’s script and met a lot of nice people and gained lots of email address.

What are y’alls thoughts about Expireds vs. Geo. I sold a home in New Braunfels, TX last month and I am thinking about calling in that neighborhood. Should I focus on Geo calls to start or should I jump into expireds. I’m currently on the purchase screen for RedX and I’m second guessing what I should focus on.

I would do what you feel most comfortable with, I call GEO! I love them. You will do great no matter what if you just have the mindset of just Building a Relationship with any caller 🙂 best of luck!

Can you change a sponser once you are at eXp? Have had a few local exp agents ask me about my experience transitioning to eXp after being at c21 for 20 years. All my calls are cold calls in a new area at the high end of Sydney with very high priced properties, so I cannot churn the calls, its about quality in quantity and building relationships.
