Hey Guys! If anyone has any referrals in Chicagoland area or Tucson area Im your guy:) Been an agent for 22 years and work both these markets. Have worked with dozens of referrals the past several years and helped them sell and/or buy a home. Im a relationship guy and love helping my clients and becoming great friends with them:)

Which service did you get? GeoLeads ? Thats what I have but I’ve been thinking about the power line dialer to make things easier, this is my full time job however and 160$ a month is a big chunk of change especially being brand new to the business

RedEx. Signed up for Expired Leads. I ended up with the Power Dialer. I guess thats the one most agents use. $160 a month is not really that expensive:) You probably spend more than that on SBucks coffee a month:)??

Im having a hell of a time getting someone at Constant Contact to help me. I called 4 times and noone had any idea what I was talking aboutre Rickys email template. Does anyone have a direct contact over there that I can call??

in my opinion, 100 calls a day is greasing the wheels… work the numbers and the results will come… F/U with the qualified leads foremost and keep burning up phones of the others : )

Thanks Jayson! Calls meaning dials?? Or actual conversations? Im trying to set up my schedule to do Expireds but want to know the timeframe involved. 3 hrs for 200 calls? 4 hrs? 6 hrs?
Also what follow up system do you use??-
yea, you’re not gonna get more than like 5-10 average new expireds/day but can always dig thru old expireds… idk whats best for you but based on expired conversions maybe shoot for 25 conversations/day and thats probably 100-200 calls/day = 2-3 hours on a dialer

I have worked the Chicago market for 18 years. Have a lot of referalls up there. Just moved to Tucson Az. Starting from scratch which has proven difficult the past year:( Need to get rolling here!!
