I just started my second year in Real Estate and last week I started cold calling seriously and with intention and I took 5 listings. This week I’ve sent 12 CMA’s and met with 3 over zoom. Is it really this easy? I’m hoping I don’t jinx it. lol🤣

Wow I just watched you today on Brandon’s YouTube channel! Good seeing you here. I called 1038 yesterday, 37 contacts, 0 emails. So it’s definitely not that easy.. lol Were you circle prospecting, or calling Expireds/FSBOs??

from the calls i made, one may be a 2 million dollar listing… also, im not sure about posting on here every day if im just posting this to myself.. should be more interaction from all of us- just an observation
