Its the same script regardless who you call. If you are only comfortable with one or the other you can focus on that. BUT dont let the type of property turn you away.

I’m not a big CRM guy. I do have KVCore that eXp gives us that I use for my people that have signed into my website, but mainly use the Google sheets method that Ricky laid out in the 60 day program, just to track the hot leads.

Consistency through the whole two months and get 5 emails from conversations every day. 25 per week, 1200 total this time next year, and you’ll sell alot of real estate.

Gmail works, but it may actually be true that if you have your own domain, you can get into the main inbox easier. That’s a hard thing to research and find truth for. I use the single line because the quality of each interaction is better. I think only certain carriers(like at&t) flag your number to their clients so you won’t be flagged as spam on every call. You can work through that or get the burnerapp number to call from like Trista said above.

I have only ever used Redx and am happy with it. I know people that use Mojo, also happy. It’s hard to say which data is best. I do think you have to just keep dialing, so what if some numbers are bad, it takes about 3 seconds to figure that out and dial the next one.
