Last week of the 28-day challenge 150 calls 19 contacts made 5 new friends to add to my database. Got out my weekly email, posted on social media, mailed out postcards to expired listings, mailing out 600 football schedules, and my listing went under contract! #ZTD60daychallenge

Are you just dialing, or do you look at the address and check to see if there has been any listing, expiry or deed update? I spend time doing that and by the time i get to the call i only have one or two that are real prospects.

I cold call the suburb and speak to people from the address. Some times they have moved on, some are ex renters who are now home owners elsewhere, from and I have got their emails and their current address.
