Killing it on the phones today!Made over 300 calls and talked to 25 people. I also got 6 peoples contact info to keep in touch. I had a little bit of a slump earlier this week but I’m so glad I pushed through. @AGENTB

I’ve been making phone calls the last couple days.Yesterday and today I made 300 calls, talked to 50 people and I got 4 emails.

Called the neighbors again today about 110 phone call – 2 voice mail – 1 buyer lead – 5 contact – 7 people hang-up and 8 wrong number Love calling the neighbors – it’s an easier discussion.

If you want an easy call session Call your neighbors. Did a circle dialing around my house and started calling all the neighbors. 2 hours call today 122 calls Made few connection with neighbors. Happy Wednesday

You are right! I think so many Realtors take neighbors for granted! Sometimes, I knock on doors and from time to time will meet a Realtor who is at home. Day 3 of the 28 day challenge…Woke up a little too early at 4, hit the gym, did a few miles with the dog. Started my circle prospecting around a brand new listing. Door Knocking Report.50 Doors 11 Emails 3 Hours I’m loving the door knocking! I seem to make better contact when meeting prospects face to face. Used Rick’s script and met a lot of nice people and gained lots of email address.

Hello everyone! I’m excited to get this program started. I am a K-8 school teacher in Philadelphia PA and have been in real estate for just a year. Cold calling is not my thing but I will try my best to dedicate 2 hours a day after work to prospect. Good luck everyone!
