You are right!  I think so many Realtors take neighbors for granted!  Sometimes, I knock on doors and from time to time will meet a Realtor who is at home.  Sometimes they joke that this neighborhood is their turf.  Yet, three people on their street just gave me their email and didn’t mention their that their neighbor is a realtor…  Remember that neighborhoods aren’t as close as they used to be.  How many neighborhoods have block parties anymore?  How many neighbors get together to roast Smores and talk over a fire pit?  I find that most people don’t really know their neighbors.
