Yes, I use mailchimp b/c it’s free. They have templates that you can customize. It’s time consuming for sure but it helps keep you top of mind.

Go to Etsy.com and type in “real estate market update template”. I bought a bundle for under $10 that had maybe 6 templates, I just plug my info in and upload to my weekly email.

If you want an easy call session Call your neighbors. Did a circle dialing around my house and started calling all the neighbors. 2 hours call today 122 calls Made few connection with neighbors. Happy Wednesday

You are right! I think so many Realtors take neighbors for granted! Sometimes, I knock on doors and from time to time will meet a Realtor who is at home. 1-20. Redx Geo Leads around an Open House this Sunday.1 hour and 41 minutes. 78 leads. 132 calls. 19 contacts. 0 emails.I called people in my CRM who I’ve labeled as “Phone Number Only.” Went from 243 of these contacts to 229. 6 contacts gave me an email.
