Wednesday 2-2. I got to my listing at about 11 am. I’m holding it as an Open House this Saturday. I filmed 10 Tik Tok videos that I can release little by little as Saturday approaches. I also filmed a few Instagram Reels that I will have to edit later.Starting at about 12 pm, despite the on-again off-again rain, I knocked on doors for about 3 hours today. I was promoting the Open House for this Saturday. 9 Refused. 15 Emails. I put a lot of business cards on doors. I followed up the emails by sending a neighborhood tour of their neighborhood. No emails bounced… which is a first!I had spent 9.5 hours calling through this area with Redx Geo leads, so I was able to skip the doors who had already refused on the phone or who had given me their email. Targeted door knocking.
