I got a new buyer from this week’s circle prospecting. They are approved and ready to go.

Hello Coach Ricky Carruth. My Google sheet questions .. 1) When i input notes in a column the notes spill over to the next cell. My GS is starting to look jumbled. Amazing work! I’ve actually stopped asking people “how are you today” unless I’ve spoken to the prospect a few times. Unfortunately asking this with new prospects triggers sales resistance.

He call me last week and ask me to sell is daughter house. I met with the daughter and signed a listing agreement for $545,000 today.
