Why wouldn’t you leave a voicemail?
I leave a VM and if I am targeting a certain neighborhood I often circle back and call later in the week. Hope this helps!

Ive had some success with door knocking. I go in with zero expectations besides having a conversation. I carry a clip board with me and try to collect their business card and always there email address.
