Day 9 of 28… I didn’t post for days 6 & 7 (8 is Sunday/day of rest) but it went something like this:Went live on my FB business page twice and showed a couple of vacant properties. I could not secure an OH so I did this instead. I am still nervous AF but I am getting better. I have a technical learning curve with it all too but I think I am getting the hang of it! 😃 Pulled GEO leads around each. Today (day 9) I went live again, shared one of the videos to my regular FB, and I did circle prospecting around one of the properties. 83 leads | 206 calls | 6 contacts | 12 VM = 3 emails I got a bunch of tenants today for some reason and went on to engage with them. I got 1 email out of it because they relocated to my area and are considering buying soon – YAY! A little bit behind on a few tasks but I will catch it all up this week. I had some life happenings this weekend that challenged me but I stayed the course! Thanks covid and busted water heater!😅 Looking forward to tomorrow! 💪@AGENTB @rickycarruth
