How about, “Do you have a funeral director you work with? I know a couple if you need their info!”

Day 10 yesterday – 105 calls, 10 contacts, 2 emails and 1 call back that will hopefully result in at least a third email. More calls on the agenda for today, whatever FSBOs I can find and then circle prospecting. Still having troubles with Redx but I have not been able to reach out to their support line yet. It just glitches a lot so it’s not stopping me from using it altogether, but it does make it quite frustrating sometimes. Keep up the hardwork ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,sometimes it feels pointless but really that is the point …..you have to go thru many to get that one!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Your a Winner !

Had some issues with redx the last 2 days but I still got calls in and was able to connect with some really nice people. Every time I get to talk to someone who is genuinely nice and will have a real conversation with me reminds me why I do this and makes me forget and not care about the 2 dozen people that just cussed me out and hung up on me…[Read more]

So I just started the 28 day challenge this week and got signed up with redx so this is my first week using it and it seems pretty glitchy. I am using google chrome like redx recommends but it disconnects from my phone in the middle of calls (my phone still stays connected to the call but redx disconnects from my phone, like the dial bar…[Read more]

I was worried about this also. I’m brand new to redx but I assumed that with Redx since the dialer connected to your personal cell phone via the initial call and pressing 1 that it would display on the recipient’s phone as though it was coming from my personal number… Anyone else have more info on this?

Also called a few FSBOs just because I had some down time. Found them on Zillow, did quick MLS lookup and then gave them a call. No answer on 2, but one wants to talk tomorrow so I will be calling back in the morning.

Day 2 of the 28 Day Bootcamp today! Didn’t go quite as planned, ran into troubles getting redx setup but it’s all set for tomorrow now. But I was still able to reach out to my past clients, although it’s only a few, along with some of my SOI. Also made a video to my SOI and posted on both of my facebook pages. Good question. I’m interested to hear peoples thoughts on this also. Finishing up the first 4 weeks of the 60 day challenge this week, going to be setting up RedX Geoleads also and getting ready to start the 28 day Bootcamp on Sunday! Exciting stuff!

Is it a good or bad idea to send our weekly emails to other agents who we have worked with in the past? Should they be included in our database?

Use the BCC line. Blind Carbon Copy. That way your contacts can’t see who you’ve sent the email to. Otherwise you are sending your leads to other agents.
