Does anyone use a pre-listing package and if you do are you willing to share. I would like to see examples for ideas as I start to create my own. Thanks in advance.

Hi Dan. Thank you for your reply. I have a sphere of about 45 people and only 1 past client. Everyone is in my CRM. I do a monthly newsletter, farm a neighborhood, and attempt to work in the expired market. Not much success… yet.
