Hi Dan. Thank you for your reply. I have a sphere of about 45 people and only 1 past client. Everyone is in my CRM. I do a monthly newsletter, farm a neighborhood, and attempt to work in the expired market. Not much success… yet.

I am having a hard time getting started at lead generation. My mind is defeating me before I begin. How do I overcome?
