Mindset Book Club 4 years, 9 months agoHey everyone, I started The Alter Ego Effect this past week and highly recommend (Todd Herman). My goal is 2 chapters a day but this one I can’t put down. Also, listening to Atomic Habits on Audible. Has some great tips on building and changing daily habits. Anyone else read any of these?
-
I read atomic habits a couple of years ago, I think it’s time to revisit it! 🙂
-
There’s some nice gems in there for sure!

First weekly email of 2022! 🔥https://conta.cc/31EfvaQ
-
Wow super impressive! Did you use an email template Ricky provided? I’m new, trying to set one up. Any advice?
-
Thank you Carrie! Yes, when I set up my cc I used Ricky’s referral link so they automatically imported his template. I have tweaked it along the way but I highly recommend starting with his template. Ricky also has a youtube video explaining in detail his weekly email.

However, you can focus your energy and attention on your specific level. Most important, start reaching out to that Sphere of Influence for 5-10 calls per day or 1 hour per day (your decision) and start…[Read more]

Wow, I got 7 sales listings and 5 rentals from FSBO.

Using Ricky’s FSBO script?
-
Could you please let me know how to get info on the rental part?
You called a FSBO and they want to rent instead of sell? Thank you!

The Geo led emails, none of them is working, anyone has any idea of what’s going on?
-
Aziz Benohod posted an update 4 years, 10 months ago
I bought 5000 Geo lead and none of them has email address lol
-
Did you purchase the Plus package? I think that’s the only way you get the email address.
-
I did
-
-
The base Geolead subscription gives you only an address and any accompanying phone number up to the number of phone numbers you ask for per credit.
-
I got it, thank u
