Did anyone have that happened with constant contacts?!!! My open rate each week is 55% and I have a couple of my personal emails on my list, so I can always make sure it was delivered it. 3 hr Open House 08062022… 10 signs leading up to the property put out on Friday, signs and flags on property. Only 2 came through…1 said they saw the signs, but already working with an agent.1 said her agent sent her rhe listing to check out the property.No homeowners from the community stopped in.

No I wouldnt add the emails unless they give them to you. You could just say sir or ma’am and pretend there the right number and i would get the triple line dialer.
