Just called a wrong number while circle prospecting and said “looks like I have the wrong number, well (name) Are you in need of a good real estate agent?” Now I have a buyer consultation scheduled for this weekend. moral of the story is: always ask for the business!

Practice, Practice and Practice your scripts. Sometimes you don’t want to sound like your do not know your words and what your saying.

Yes. Funny story : I called a a lady(nurse) ”Sorry, I’m at work, can’t talk.” You’re a realtor?” “My patient says she needs a realtor.” I forward my contact info. In addition, many other wrong numbers where they say the need a realtor. You just never know what’s going to happen when you call.
WOW that incredible. sometimes its about calling at the right time. that is really cool, anything come of it?
