Calling Expireds -lady answered and said she is NOT interested in relisting or signing any contracts however If I have a buyer and they purchase she’ll pay commission. I tried to engage in small talk, asked her why she didn’t want to relist – she just wasn’t in a good mood and I couldn’t get her to chat. Any suggestions? TIA

I heard Ricky speak about Discord – what name is it under? I can’t find it under Zero to Diamond or Ricky Carruth. I’m new to Discord so maybe I’m doing something wrong. TIA
