Very first call on my first dial sesh, and got an interested buyer ready to buy now! Couple of follow-up relations, over all the people weren’t too bad out of 45 I called. Keeping the mindset of overcoming objections, build relations and finding the ones who need my help. Ty Ricky!

Great book, I read it a few times a couple years ago. I applied the principles in the book and that’s actually what got me in to real estate. I’ll have to pick it up again and apply the principles to real estate.
