Some times they have moved on, some are ex renters who are now home owners elsewhere, from and I have got their emails and their current address. Are you just dialing, or do you look at the address and check to see if there has been any listing, expiry or deed update? I spend time doing that and by the time i get to the call i only have one or two that are real prospects.
