Spent a couple of hours sending text message to around 45 people. And worked on my offer that was accepted. Did a Equity Report and set up two more for next week. Watched some videos and read chapters of two books.

Spent about two hours calling FSBOs. I have three appointments set! Ricky’s coaching has given me the confidence needed to make these calls. It’s so much easier making that call when you’re not actually trying to get the listing. Help people meet their needs whatever they are, and it will always come back.

Yes, and don’t forget to balance quality v. quanity on the lead gen. You’d be spending too much time on one lead when you can be calling several others.

Mindset Book Club 4 years, 9 months agoI have purchased 3 of the books Ricky Carruth mentioned in his YT video this month. I just finished Elevate, by Robert Glacier. Next is BE 2.1 by Jim Collins, reading both to improve my business thinking skills and get to the next level as a Realtor. The third book I will start is Good to Great, by Jim Collins by the end of January.
