Door Knocking Report.50 Doors 11 Emails 3 Hours I’m loving the door knocking! I seem to make better contact when meeting prospects face to face. Used Rick’s script and met a lot of nice people and gained lots of email address.

So….135 Calls, 41 Voicemails, 2.5 hours on the phone. No emails. It’s been a tough call session. I’ll be back at it tomorrow. Ricky said there would be days like this……😏

Spent about two hours calling FSBOs. I have three appointments set! Ricky’s coaching has given me the confidence needed to make these calls. It’s so much easier making that call when you’re not actually trying to get the listing. Help people meet their needs whatever they are, and it will always come back.

Hope everyone is off to a great start this year. I’m so glad I finally found Rick’s coaching and this group! So excited for whats in store for 2022!! Punching though my to do’s and reaching out to my sphere of influence. Six new email address to add to my weekly email 😀
