    Hey everyone!I work with Keller Williams Mobile in Mobile, Alabama!I started calling Redx geo leads back on November 17th. I use Redx to call 500 houses around an open house I’m holding that week. Sometimes I get through all the houses… sometimes I don’t.I thought I’d post my calls today 1-15.3 hours and 33 mins169 leads (some are business or HOAs that I don’t call)158 calls (I divided the number from Redx by two because if the first number refuses/or gives and email then I mark the second number the same answer… so it looks like I’m making double the calls when I’m not)60 contacts (I divided the number from Redx by 2 as well because if someone refuses on the first phone number I mark the second as refused as well… same with emails)6 emails.I enjoy reading your posts and its fun to be part of a community of cold callers!

    • That’s great man! I started working this system just before Christmas. I’m only able to call about four hours a week. I’m curious to know if you’ve set any listing appointments since you started cold calling? I have not but I feel like I’m planting a lot of seeds for future business. I’m really looking forward to getting some “now” business.  

      • I’ve gotten one listing from Redx in the last two months.  I tend to get 20 to 25 emails a week (100 a month) and tend to call 6 hours or 10 hours a week.  

        • Are you using Ricky’s exact script? What do your weekly emails look like? Just started on this journey and looking for some motivation!

          • It’s mostly like Ricky’s.  I don’t talk about the weather… I asked how they are doing today to get early engagement.  Then I pitch an open house (market info) address + bedrooms and bathrooms + and price.. then I tell them that I figure they aren’t looking to move anytime soon, but I was wondering if I could do anything for them… such as repairs… or anything else.  Then I wait and tell them it’s awesome they don’t need anything and ask “Would it be ok if we stay in touch?”  If they say that it’s ok I ask for their email and confirm other information if necessary.  For the weekly email I send it out on different days.  I try for Monday but it depends on when I finish my YouTube video.  I send a YouTube video from my channel that is a virtual tour of the open house that I’m pitching that week.  Each day that I get new people’s emails I send them the virtual tour to see if their email works and it’s the most relevant tour they will get for a while.
