Discord has 2 cold calling rooms, 1 role play room. Also, shaneszoomroom.com Enter the room and ask, but generally open during EST business hours, M-F, some Saturday’s.

Shane kicked me out of zoom and he has done the same to many people who would not join exp under him. Also, no one is in the discord rooms anymore

In regard to the do not call list: I know that Redx scrubs the national DNC list although it is my understanding that they do not scrub the Fl DNC list. How do you handle this?

Hi Bill,
I keep all of the do not call numbers in my calling database. The do not call listing is to stop people from calling who are trying to sell something. That is not us.
We are merely relaying information (what has sold or listed, etc.) and asking if we can be of any help to the person.

I’m in North Florida. I call anyone and have never had anyone get upset with me calling as far as the DNC. Like Rex said, we’re not selling, we are trying to help people. Good luck!!

Maybe load up 100,000 numbers in areas you wanna sell in and come up with a more general script without asking for the person by name. Yes absolutely. It’s no longer common that people will pick up landlines. With redx you can choose to select mobile numbers. Always call the mobile numbers.

Red-x gives both landline and mobile. I always call mobile numbers and leave a message, so if they’re waiting to see who it is calling, they’ll maybe call back. I just say my name is Nancy and I’m calling about xyz property. I get phone calls back.
