Ive been filming live cold call videos on Youtube. Is there anything that i should worry about? I love posting so everyone can see. Sometimes though i wonder if potential prospects would be turned off by it. Any thoughts? Maybe im overthinking it.

Thank you i just got licensed last week and im fulltime. I understand that circle prospecting is more longterm. Would you recommend expired for someone starting out?

Some days I have to switch my number twice so I just opened another account on textfree but on my wifes phone since you can only get a new number every 24 hours and can only have 1 account per phone. And they are usually clean right when you get them. I was using the burner app also but it was getting flagged as spam right off the bat…[Read more]

  I would lead that to something else! “Now that I have you on the phone, is there anything in the world I could help you with?” and see if you can grab their email to help them in the future.

Hi im excited to start prospecting today. im using redx and calling expireds, unfortunately i havnet spoken to a right number yet lol did i get a setting wrong or something? seems odd to be dialing for an hour and not getting anything? Any tips on this issue?

  The ones you dont connect with on the first go around, call them again later after your session is over.

Hey everyone i just passed my license exams here in Houston TX. I use to be a fulltime wholesaler transitioning over to becoming a fulltime RE agent. Being on the phones for hours is something ive been doing for years im excited to call to get listings, i already have a lot of leads in my CRM that could be listings as well. Anyone else in Houston TX?
